    "I wasn't very confident about this recipe as from the ingredients you wonder where the flavour is. However I have been very pleasantly surprised. Like others I'm not keen on celery and so added 2 small leeks instead but everything else was the same. A low fat healthy meal that is lovely and tasty and perfect on a winter evening, it was also very easy to make. I served with crusty bread and this will be added to this list! "

    "Easy and tasty, liked by all the family. Only had curry powder and added mange tout, broccoli and spinach (at different intervals so as not to overcook). Would make again as so simple."

    "Made with blackberries and blue berries and floured the fruit as suggested to stop it sinking. Easy to make and very tasty, I think the topping is a must. Give it a go."

    "Easiest cake I've ever made as didn't need to do a lot of mixing. I didn't have any nutmeg so not sure what difference that would have made but a very nice, moist cake. I made the icing and this added a nice zing. Will make again, perhaps I'll get nutmeg next time!"

    "Gorgeous cake! I bit of messing about with chopping and grating but then all comes together very easily and timings were perfect. I didn't bother with the topping as the cake was so tasty as it was, great success at home and work. Also had it with custard - yum! "
