    "Very tasty - but very sweet. Not one for the calorie-conscious, but that's not me so I loved them! Don't like nuts, so just increased the fruit content and worked fine. I was worried about not lining the tin, but they actually came out very easily (all that golden syrup I think!). Not massive fan of apricots so I might try a variation next time, but for a wheat-intolerant person like me, it is great to find a nice sweet snack I can actually eat :-) Would recommend"

    "A great snack bar, and very easy to make. I don't like nuts, so just increased the quantities of oats and fruit and worked fine :-) Definitely recommend - and I'll be making again by popular demand! "

    "Well, as they say, the proof of the pudding is in the eating - and this cake makes for lovely eating! I did exactly as the recipe suggested and it turned out lovely as a birthday cake for my boyfriend - I'm wheat-intolerant so I only bake what I can also eat! I would say it doesn't keep longer than a few days - probably not an issue for most people though :-) Also, I mentioned a secret ingredient to eaters, but didn't let on until they'd tried it, and all were amazed! Will def make again"

    " like Jean I found this needed longer in the oven - unfortunately it didn't get longer as the top was very cooked already. Consequently, the middle wasn't properly cooked, and the outside crust separated - leaving it a bit like a loaf within a shell! My other half said it tasted lovely though - better toasted. I'll try again, but will lower temperature and leave in for longer."
