"just made this for second time - lovely. No peas so used sweetcorn instead and no olives either. Added bit more lemon juice and needs seasoning VERY well. Will make again. "

"Brilliant quick midweek meal. I didn't put in lemon zest and my lemon was pretty small, but didn't find it overpowering as others have said. No broccoli but diced mushrooms and onion with the courgette, as well as adding chopped bacon to the veggies. Didn't add basil either. Delicious."

"Very tasty. Cut the potatoes thicker as suggested and came out just right. Used a combination of tenderstem broccoli, sugar snap peas, mushrooms and courgettes - was lovely with the sauce. "

"Interesting. Made this as a light lunch for one; didn't have any spring onion so substituted shallots which worked fine. Also added a bit of parsley and lots of seasoning. Served with avocado and lime juice tossed salad. Corn cakes were nice but nothing special. I did use frozen sweetcorn though."

"Tasty but very crunchy and will add more liquid and cook for longer next time. No allspice so just added ground nutmeg and cinnamon. Will def try again though."
