Salmon with mustardy celeriac mash

"Absolutely lovely. The celeriac made a fantastic change and the mustard dressing complemented both the celeriac and the salmon fabulously. I'll certainly be making this again."

"Very yummy! I used the lentil base from this to make a veggie dahl (like the Innocent Pots) - instead of sweet potato and spinach, I added carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, chickpeas and peas and managed to get 5 portions from it (some now in tupperwares in the freezer). Fabulous, cheap, tasty and highly recommended."

"I love this soup. I make it with skimmed milk, add a pinch of white pepper and serve with a little bit of grated cheese in the middle of the bowl."

"I made two of these at the weekend, one white chocolate and one milk chocolate. I covered the eggs with an additional layer of chocolate once I'd unmoulded as the rice krispies were showing a bit too much. They look great and I've named them Peter and Paul!"

"This is a fantastic recipe. I use minced beef instead of lamb and add a heaped desertspoon of flour into the mix along with the tomato puree and worcestershire sauce to make a lovely rich sauce. I haven't yet used mushrooms in it, but I plan to and use less stock as mushrooms give out a lot of water :)"
