"Very nice indeed! I only had sultanas around so i used those. I also didn't have an orange so used lemon instead. The cake was lovely and moist and lovely with a bit of clotted cream and cup of tea. Will try with the correct ingredients next time. "

"Loved it! Very easy to put together. I used a little extra garlic and think next time i'll use a bit more cheese. Would like to try it with turkey mince too. Served it with sauteed leeks and cabbage, mash and gravy. Was also great the next day cold in a crusty roll for lunch!"

"I made it for a charity cake sale and it went in minutes! I think my tin may have been a little too shallow as i didn't get the same finish to the top as in the picture but it was still very tasty!"
