"This is a lovely cake. I just added some brown sugar on the top about half way through it cooking and it gives it a lovely crunchy topping. Very tempting sitting there in the cake tin......! "

"My mum made this for my brothers wedding. It looked amazing and tasted fantastic. What the guests didnt know was that because the weather was so hot it had started to collapse and was being held upright by 2 knitting needles. Also as we have many Coeliacs in the family this was a fantastic recipe for gluten free cooking. Well worth the effort in making it."
