"I used whitecurrants instead of redcurrants as I found some in the freezer left over from a glut on the allotment last summer! It was a lovely zingy flavour and the cobbler topping was delicious and lighter than I expected. The fruits produced a lot of juices which the topping managed to absorb without going soggy. I served it warm with ice cream and creme fraiche but it was equally good cold the next day- will definiteley make again."

"Really tasty with the Christmas turkey and just as good cold the next day. I used a sausage meat from Morrisons which had some cranberries added to it already and this enhanced the fruity flavour. Will definitely make again ."

"Used a ready made pastry case and almost had enough filling left over for another one. I have never cooked with passion fruit before and i was really pleased with this lovely tangy tart. It reminded me a bit of lemon meringue so i might be tempted to try it with a meringue topping next time."
