"Lamb cooked beautifully ,was tender with a lovely flavour. I also did the potato salad and the chopped salad and red onions - it looked really colourful and made a great change for a bbq. Had left over lamb and salad with tadziki in wraps the next day."

"Really easy and cheap dish. Interesting way to use turkey mince and was enjoyed by the whole family. I reduced stock slightly and cooked without a lid for the last few minutes to reduce the sauce a bit and it turned out just right. Will definitely make again."

"Really delicious and easy midweek meal. I used half fat creme fraiche and chicken breasts which worked really well. I also added a few button mushrooms and reduced the quantity of peas to 200g as 250g seemed rather alot to me. Served with boiled rice. Will definitely make again."
