"I used tinned beans and tomatoes and served this with the greek leg of lamb. It was very good and a great side dish, although I added ground cumin, coriander and chilli powder to it as well to ramp up the flavour! Guests were pleasantly surprised by it....."

Greek roast lamb

"Seriously good lamb and very easy to make. Everyone commented on the flavour and had seconds. I served with cous cous and the spicy butter bean bake on this website. Will make again, going to have leftovers tomorrow in pitta with spicy mayo."

"Made these tonight for dinner for 6 as a starter with mango chutney and spicy salsa. Very nice, although I was generous with the spices and seasoning after reading some other comments. I also thought that they fell apart a bit when eating. But I got great comments and thought they were delish!!!"

Chocolate fondant

"Made this twice now, first time was a disaster as I used half dark, half milk chocolate and it just didn't work - silly me. Second time was at the weekend and it was a totaly triumph! Oozy, gooey centre, light chocolatey sponge on the outside. Everyone loved them and I was very chuffed with the results! Give these a try!"

"Made this last night and wasn't expecting much, but it really was yummy. I used normal mild curry powder, peas, green beans and sweetcorn - added in some garlic and chilli. Having leftovers tonight for dins and looking forward to it!! One for the book......"
