"I made this with pork chops and it was so simple and good. Another one for the quick supper file! The harissa is very spicy and my kids complained so next time I might just use 2 teaspoons harissa and add some tomato puree as someone else suggested."

"I think this is a great recipe for vegetarian guests. I couldn't find butternut squash so just used the squash that was available. After mashing I thought it looked too watery and so drained it very well in a sieve. I also added some wholegrain mustard as I didn't want to go mad on the chilli and I felt the filling needed something. And although I am not very good at fiddly decorating they looked great and my guests were happy and satisfied! They freeze perfectly too."

"Left out the capers and added a teaspoon of sugar to please my fussy husband and kids. Thought it was lovely and very simple for a quick dinner in the middle of the week."

"Made this as I was getting the dinner & it turned out very well. Not soggy at all as cakes of this kind can be. I didn't have any hazlenuts so I used some muesli and pecans on the top & that worked fine."

"What is muscovado sugar exactly?. I live in Switzerland where I have never seen any such sugar. I usually subsuitute fine cane sugar but in this recipe it is such an essential ingredient that I am not sure that would work."
