"This recipe is ever so easy, particularly if you have a husband to bash the biscuits and stir the mixture. I have made it on two occasions and it prompted enthusiastic comments from adults and children. The first time I did two - one raspberry and one blueberry. The blueberry was our favorite. And it looks so impressive. No one could believe we'd made it ourselves!"
