"Delicious jam, i just used blackberries and hasnt set properly but then i was very inpatient, think i may return a pot to the pan and try to get it to set a bit better. Still i have had it on my toast the past two mornings and tastes wonderful. Made 6 large jars but my jars quite large."

"This chutney is one of the best chutneys ive ever tasted, okay so the recepie is not 100% perfect, if you follow other people comments then it turns out so well. I added a bit of extra sugar with added pectin (jam sugar) also some lemon juice and zest, simmered for 50mins and there you have it."

"such a lovely cake, made this for my cousin as a gift and she was overwhelmed with it. I have now been asked to make for other peoples parties and going to try a different variation with the buttercream. Did as per the instuctions and was perfect."

"Made this exactly as it told me too and was so yummy. I will definatley be making this one again, so easy to make and great on top of pancakes warm or on ice cream cold. Also nice in some yoghurt. Picked the blackberries and made it all within one hour."

"Just come in from work and always never have alot of time to cook. The sauce takes exactly 5 mins to make shove it in a dish and cook, that simple. They taste delicious, lots better than having the same old plain sausages. Kids and hubby loved this lots. I served this with chips and homemade coleslaw, big hit in our house. This would be a perfect receipe on small sausages for a party as its so quick and easy to cook and you could make the sauce the day before."
