    Turkey meatballs in tomato & fennel sauce

    "Fab fab fab! I added extra seasoning as I often do and these were great. Really tasty and good for you! Much better than using a jar sauce. Also makes a great base for lasagne with turkey mince."

    "FAB! I made this last night and served with mashed potato (with fried spring onions stirred in) along with mini corn cobettes in the paprika butter. Was really tasty and SO much better than bought bbq sauces - fantastic! A real taste of the deep south! "

    "Really good muffins - I used sunflower and pumpkin seeds and also a sultana/cherry/raisen/mixed peel mix - worked a treat, although I came out with lots! 6 very large muffins and 8 smaller ones! Not complaining though! Will do them again using different things next time - whatever I have in the cupboard!"

    "Fab - did as a quick starter last night and it was great! Used Knorr fish stock instead of the shells, fried onions in a knob of butter and served with zest and some parsley - adding prawns right at the end - was really really good. I got a tip from a chef friend, who said NEVER to stir a risotto (???!) and to use a non-stick frying pan instead - worked a treat! "
