"This was yummy - a bit like dahl with chicken and apricots! I didn't have the given spice mix but added what I'd got in the cupboard from Wikipedia's ingredient list. I also only added 500 ml water, adding a bit more as it cooked, definitely not 750 ml. Served with couscous and green salad."
