Chocolate crunch bars

"I made these for a cake sale at work for Comic Relief, using dark and milk chocolate, crunchie bars and substituting syrup with honey, they were really popular everyone commented how good they were! Think as suggested may use a combination of turkish delight and crunchie next time and even considering using this recipe decorated with small chocolate eggs for Easter!"

"I made this the day before to take to my Moms for a New Years day lunch, a little nervous how it would taste re-heated but it was delicious such a light pudding and glad that I omitted the sugar as it was sweet enough, a friend ate and enjoyed it who doesn`t usually eat puddings so a huge success, will definitely be cooking this again!"

"I was so looking forward to trying this as it looks delish! My first attempt with filo pastry and was surprised how easy it is to use. I added olives and pine nuts too but made the mistake of using mozarella instead of feta cheese it just didn`t taste cheesy! I will definitely make this again and use either feta or a blue cheese to compliment the other flavours :o) "
