"These are great I make them every weekend and my husband and I have them to take to work for breakfast. Other people in the office love them too and have asked for the recipe. I too have changed the nuts and the fruit used to whatever I have and have found they are very adaptable, and always taste good. I cook mine in a silicone tray which means no extra butter is needed for greasing. "
