"Very tasty I made it for 3 and I think it would be nice if the skin was crispy. The veg cooked down nicely, I cooked red cabbage seperately to have with it which was a Nigella recipe, using a cherry coke stock left over from cooking a ham, very nice with the duck."

"This was nice although the sauce was thin, we also used apricots instead of dates and used new potatoes rather than sweet potato. "

"I made these tonight using the leg steaks and redcurrant jelly as I don't like cranberry, it was sweet but really nice, I may try apple and Mint jelly next time. The pastry turned out well and even if I do say so myself, better than the picture! :-)"
