"This is really is a top recipe - it's super quick to make and produces a lovely, sophisticated dish that you could treat yourself to mid-week (so quick to make!) or serve to friends. I definitely agree with fstoney (above) that a liberal approach to lemon works brilliantly. Yet another brilliant olive recipe. "

"This is a top veggie recipe and a great way to use up a glut of courgettes. I used a mix of cheddar and parmesan instead of gruyere (although I was slightly more generous than the recipe) and it still works brilliantly. It's much more filling than it sounds, making a perfect central dish served with a green salad."

"I agree with Beth that four courgettes for two people is rather too much - I'd stick to two or three next time. I'd also add the zest and juice of a whole lemon to give the dish a bit more oomph. Finally, next time I'd be tempted to grate parmesan into the dish (generosity is always good with parmesan I find) rather than limit myself to the few shavings suggested. "

"This recipe is divine - a perfect dinner party dish as it looks lovely but is super easy and can be made ahead. My attempt didn't look quite as beautiful as it has been styled here but the chicken was meltingly tender and worked beautifully with the yoghurt. As it's a simple dish, I would definitely recommend using good quality stock (make your own or buy it from the butcher rather than using powdered). I made it with the suggested spiced glazed squash and both went down a storm."
