"Wow, forget the kids (sorry kids) this one is for the grown ups, the way to a Man's heart is to present him with this cheesecake. My husband loves Cheesecake and we've tried them all, some good, some not so, this is easily the best so far. "

"This is my absolute favourite recipe ever. No need to be precious about the type of cheese, I just use whatever is in the fridge at the time and it is just delicious every time. Simple and quick to prepare, and a winner with the old man, could not ask for more."

"I have never tried Quinoa before and found it perfectly acceptable. However, I did add a few mixed veg as it appeared quite saucy (more sauce than substance) and that made it into a grand dinner and one of our new favourites."
