"I have already rated these and I made them the first time with golden syrup, this time I made them with honey. They are even more tasty using honey. I popped them in the oven for 10 mins to make them golden, then I let them cool for a few hours, then put them in the fridge for a couple of hours. This made them stay together easily, no crumbling. Wow, again, they taste amazing! My husband is in the Army and is taking them on exercise with him, I cant cook for him while he's away, so this is the next best thing. Yum!!!"

"Vonnie Yeah, you could use shortcrust or puff pastry. This would make little pasties rather than parcels, but I expect they would be just as yummy. "

"This was a very quick meal to make!! Very deliscious too! I didn't have any black beans, so I used a can each of Chick Peas, Red Kidney Beans and Cannellini Beans because thats all I had in the cupboard. I also used Chopped Tomatoes in Basil and Garlic. I had everything else in. I added a small spoon of reduced salt Vegetable stock, a dash of Worcester Sauce and I also left out a spoon of Brown Sugar and added 1 square of Dark Chocolate, this worked really well, it gave it a depth of flavour. I also added in small bunch of coriander stalks. I served with Brown rice and the next day we used up the rest on a Jacket Potato. This will become a regular in our house, especially because everything can be in the cupboards ready for those days where you don't anything in or don't know what to cook. Yummy!!"

"This is very yummy! I make this as part of a healthy chinese night, which I regularly make (Chow Mein, Spring rolls, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Egg Fried Rice and of course this dish) It is so simple to make, really quick and very tasty! My mum always asks for seconds of this dish!! I always add an extra tbsp of honey to make it extra sticky, yum yum!"

"This is absolutely gorgeous!! It is a firm favourite in our house and really easy to make! I use wholemeal baps and lighter than light mayo and I use lots of crushed garlic, I think its safe to say we never go out anywhere after eating this. I serve these with a mixture of sweet and white potato wedges and lots of salad, yummy!!!"
