"My husband made this soup last night, he used 420g of broccoli instead of the 300g and as I don't like blue cheese, so we used about 125g of west country brie instead. 3/4 of it was mixed with the soup and the rest chopped as a garnish on top. It was lovely. Very rich though. Even my 3 year old loved it!!! Will definately make it again!!!! Served with some nice tiger bread. "

Baby frittatas

"They came out great!! Very quick and easy to make. I forgot the cream, but they still were light and tastey. I didn't use the olive oil as the pancetta is fatty enough to not need it-I used a non stick pan. I also added 2 tsp of onion powder and 1/3 cup of cheddar cheese. Next time I may add some finely chopped sweet peppers. This will make a great recipe to use this as a quick snack for a long on the road trip. P.s mine looked nicer than the ones in the pic above."

"It is very easy to make, used asparagus tips instead. Took only short time and impressed hubby. Used white wine vinigar instead as I had no red, but came out great too."

"For the amount of Butter I think I will add another 250-400g of potatoes. I wasn;t too keen on the texture, it came out long and runny as if I had added cheese. So I think next time I will puree the garlic BEFORE adding it to the cream and hand mix the potatoes. I think the texture will be better. Dressed with a few chopped chives on top. Tasted lovely though. Frozen what we didn't eat so I have some ready when in a pinch. Might also add a bit of chopped bacon too to garnish. Husband loved it, bar the texture."
