"Mmmm delicious! I can't really comment on the consistency, as I don't tend to weigh or measure things, just chuck 'em in. I used baby new potatoes (skins on, cut into quarters) and fresh thyme. Then, after blending, I stirred in crispy fried diced pancetta. Yummy!"

"I love this recipe! I have made it many times now, and I am just about to make it tonight. I haven't made it with ham before, as it is not something that I tend to have in the fridge, but it also works very well with bacon or pancetta. Try it!"
