Plum, orange & almond cobbler
9 comments
"This pudding was amazing! Will be making again and again! I used some soya milk, soya yogurt and stork, which worked just as well. I had some damsons and greengages to use up so threw it all together (after taking all the pits out... long job!) and baked it with half the amount of sugar, it turned out a bit tart so we added more sugar after the final bake! The cobbler mix was huge, light and delicious! "

Luscious lemon pudding with summer berries

"I made this dairy free by using alpro and pure spread, it was delicious! Tart yet sweet, went very well with the berries! Will make again and again! I used a pyrex lasagna dish as was also very confused by the size in the recipe, I think anything it fits in and is ovenproof works fine. Also tasted amazing cold the next day! "

"Very easy, simple and so much flavour! I didn't have any lentils so we had some multigrain bread instead, which worked fine! I've since adapted this recipe into other salads and all have tasted amazing! Lovely summer dish!"

"I made this dish in the oven, it was a very hot day and standing near a hob didn't appeal! I used brown rice, which made the cooking time much longer, it still tasted delicious! I used king prawns as that was all the fish monger had, didn't complain about that, I would make this again and again! Top marks! Very easy too!"

"Fabulous recipe! I made a veggie version with fish sauce instead of oyster sauce, which worked very well. I also added some spring onions, sesame seeds and pine nuts as I had no cashews. Very easy to make, quick and much healthier then shop bought sauces!"
