"Made this dish twice recently as glut of beetroot. 2nd time aded some chopped coriander to the salsa as well as using the mint. "

"Delicious pannacotta - did make the lemon caramel which everyone liked but it was quite a lot of work for basically decoration. I would make again and next time serve it with mixed berries - whatever loked best when shopping."

"Has become a friday night regular. The addition of a handful of rocket makes it very well balanced and the peppery taste compliments the other ingredients well."

"Very enjoyable and impressive enough for entertaining. I have cooked this twice and found the stock quantities a little generous and would reduce by approx 50mls next time. When the rice is cooked I also covered the pan with a clean tea towel to absorb the steam - an old Delia trick that works well."
