    Warm salad of asparagus, bacon, duck egg & hazelnuts

    "The combination of soft asparagus, crunchy nuts and crisp bacon with a bite to it was a real winner with my guests; they especially liked the flavours in the dressing. I served it warm, like Gaby and used hen's eggs rather than duck eggs. The only downside - even with hen's eggs it was a very substantial starter so I may only give half an egg per person next time"

    "This recipe does not say at what temperature to cook your souffles for the first time, nor does the version in the magazine. I tried cooking at 180 degrees (160 fan) and they have come out OK"

    "My husbsand doesn't like coffee so I substituted the Tia Maria for 5 or 6 tbsp of Baileys. Chocolate and Baileys was just a winning combination !"
