"I have cooked this dish a few times and love it. Easy cooked and very tasty. I tried it with chicken breast but it is better with the thighs. Don't be tempted to remove the skin before cooking, I did and the chicken was a little bit dry. Will try adding some mushrooms next time. Thanks for that Maria. I serve it with new potatoes and fresh vegies. "

"VERY TASTY AND VERY EASY TO COOK. HAVE MADE THIS TWICE NOW AND WILL DEFINATELY MAKE IT AGAIN. MADE IT WITH CHICKEN THIGHS FIRST TIME THEN USED CHICKEN BREASTS SECOND TIME. THE THIGHS DISH WAS TASTIER IN MY OPINION."

"Thought I might be joining the ranks of the few who don't really like this dish as I am not a fan of tomato soup. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I thoroughly enjoyed it and will certainly make it again. As I had no tinned cherry tomatoes, I just used tinned plum tomatoes and the dish was fine."

"I made this for a dinner party and was delighted with the result. I used lumpfish caviar instead of salmon caviar and took heed of earlier comments to add a little more vodka and horseradish. I will definately make this again. Looked great and tasted great."
