"Terrific! I used less sugar (130g) as I don't like things too sweet. Also I accidentally ended up whisking the raspberries in to the mix - it made it loook great with pink whirls which everyone loved."

Toffee apple pudding

"Just made this for the first time. I don't like things too sweet so used 90g and 120g of the sugars. I didn't have pecans so used flaked almonds. It was really odd pouring the sugar liquid over the batter but it worked brilliantly once it was baked - like apple sponge and sticky toffee pudding combined! My oven is quite hot but the full time seemed perfect. It sank in the middle when it had sat a few minutes but it didn't spoil the taste."

"This was OK but it seems to take a lot of effort stirring it and the end result was a bit stodgy - not something I'll be making too often."

"This was good but I don't eat much salt and so found it too salty. The second time I tried it I used water instead of stock and only used two-thirds the amount of curry paste. That made it much nicer, I thought."
