"Absolutely foolproof, easy to make cookies! Ended up making them twice in a week as they disappeared so quickly. Have made lots of different cookie recipes and these are by far the easiest with great results! I whizz everything up in a food processor, then stir in the chocolate chunks - have found it better to chop the chocolate up quite small as it makes scooping the dough out easier. "
