"I'd reccomend you leave the gelatine out, when the cheesecake was cooled the gelatine formed little strings which wern't a big deal but still, unpleasant. The only way i can think of eliminating this is too heat the chocolate mixture to a higher temperature but then you risk ruining it. Anyway, apart from that, it was really delicious, especially the grilled apricots on the top after they had turned all syrupy and sharp-tasting. Yummy!"

"Made these on Easter Sunday, they were nice but making 12 from that mix makes very generous muffins! I only put marzipan discs in 6 of mine because my other half doesn't like marzipan at all; interestingly, the 6 without marzipan rose much higher than the others, so if you don't like marzipan, then make twice as many from the mixture otherwise they're a bit too big!"

"accidently added 100 GRAMS of strong coffee! Disgustingly bitter so i melted together 200g of milk chocolate and a whole tub of elmlea double cream, added the bitter mixture to this bit by bit untill it was pleasently coffee flavoured, not like eating a jar of kenco! Learn from my mistake! "

"Fantastic! Barely made it out of the oven before it was gobbled up. It's very colourful and tastes fresh and light, the cake mixture is so perfect you could use it for any cake dessert."
