The ultimate makeover: Chocolate mousse

"This recipe tastes lovely and the top half of mine was very fluffy and moussey, however, if i were to make it again i'd either leave out the second addition of boiling water or only put in one tbsp as the mixture in the bottom of the bowl was a bit runny despite careful folding."

"Best cupcake recipe I've ever come across, surprisingly little ingredients for batter that goes a long way! Beautiful colour, even in my awful oven and I top them with whatever I like! Perfect for my cake sales at college."

White chocolate & apricot cheesecake

"I'd reccomend you leave the gelatine out, when the cheesecake was cooled the gelatine formed little strings which wern't a big deal but still, unpleasant. The only way i can think of eliminating this is too heat the chocolate mixture to a higher temperature but then you risk ruining it. Anyway, apart from that, it was really delicious, especially the grilled apricots on the top after they had turned all syrupy and sharp-tasting. Yummy!"
