"The best meal i've cooked in a long time! Brilliant! I did exactly as it says except i also used Button mushrooms (and these were fine!) Absolutely gorgeous! In our house there's just me, my partner and our 3 yr old (of those who can eat solids) and we pollished the whole lot off, it was sooo nice! Feel completely bloated now, maybe waiting to long to get started and with the long cooking time i was famished by the time it hit the table! Sooo worth the wait and despite the time it takes, really not much fussing at all! V easy, anyone could do it! :)"

"Was so looking forward to doing this recipe but panicked when it said, 'tight fitting lid' i only had a pirex dish and a loosely fitting lid, didn't even belong to that i don't think! (i've since bought a top le cruset' casserole pot so i can do it pro stylie! It's fab, went down a treat! So fab, really lovely! I added extra parmesan, just coz i'm greedy, there really was no mneed, it was really lovely and cheesy with the amounts stated but wasn't ruined!! Give it a go! :)"

"Absolutely great recipe! Will make over and over as with so many on Goodfood!! lovely stringy mozzarella! Tangy toms! Basil! Mmmm, need i say more! Can't go wrong! 25 mins, my microwaves 800w! Give it a go you won't be dissapointed for a speedy super supper and no stirring as it says so what could be better!! Great for those days when the baby doesn't stop crying! A Must for all Mums! :) "

"Ace recipe! This is partner Robs dish now after he had to get off his lazy @ss and make it when i was busy! He made it in ten and he now thinks hes Mr Ramsey! Well, we won't go that far as it's not his own recipe but i was very impressed. Made twice now with both the dolcelatte and briw, gorgeous both times, i prefer the brie but Rob prefers the bluey so whatever you fancy, goes down lovely with garlic chiabattas and salad! Will make over and over again! "

"Mmmmm-mmmm!!! Gorgeous and as easy as A,B,C!! So quick to make! Would be fab with some raspberries in it too! The edges went a little crunchy round the edges so if your looking for all round gooey-ness keep an eye on it, but i liked the chewy bits anyway! Would be lovely with creme fraiche, but unfortunately i only had single cream! Fab and will defo make again and again!! Go on do it! "
