"I made this cake a while ago and took it to work, everyone remarked how tasty it was, they did have it with double cream. I have emailed the recipe onto friends. I loved the cake, although it was the first time that i cooked beetroot ( the beetroot didn't look impressive but you don't see that). I didn't find the cake at all dry it was the opposite and very tasty not at all rich."

"I have made these on numerous occasions and they always go down a treat, everyone comments. The last time i made these were for a dinner party all the guest gushed and one has asked for the recipe. Fantastic and very easy to make, wonderful with the basil!!"

"As with some of the comments above, I added onion and bacon to the bolognese as was very bland without. My husband thoroughly loved the meal."

"Was unsure whether I would enjoy, never cooked quinoa before. This meal went down a storm even the tilers enjoyed the only thing left on 3 plates was cashew nuts. I have cooked again and had the same response."
