"These are really delicious - a little bit fiddly but will probably be easier to do without the 'help' of my 6 year old so I will be making some more whilst he is at school for the freezer. Lighter than a normal mincepie and really like the crispy crunchiness the sugar topping gives. "

"Really easy to make - was a recipe my kids could help out with which they loved. And the cheesecake was gorgeous! Only left it in the fridge for about 3 hours but still came out fine. I used a supermarket basics soft cheese which kept the cost down and worked fine. Will try the lemon version next"

"Very yummy! I used whole earth peanut butter which is less sweet than something like sunpat so maybe that helped. Very impressed with the satay sauce - a great store cupboard back up and took only a few minutes to make."

"Very tasty and very easy. Was just looking for a recipe to use up some courgettes and this did the job perfectly. Once we had added bread to mop up the sauce it made a substantial meal. Will definitely try again and experiment with different cheeses."
