    "So simple and yet so tasty. Forgot to get the olives but this was still delicious, and I used a drizzle of chilli oil to add a bit of a kick. I also didn't use foil and cooked these at 170 (fan oven) for 30 mins and they turned out great. Served with couscous and a yoghurt and harissa sauce on the side. Enjoyed the dish so much that I'm making it again tomorrow with the leftover ingredients!"

    "An easy to follow recipe, although needed a little more cooking time than it said. The result was light and tasty - will defintely be making this again and it'll be easy to adapt with other ingredients."

    "Really pleased with this recipe. Used chicken breasts portions rather than legs, and concentrated chicken stock rather than concomme, and it still had loads of flavour - the tarragon makes quite a difference too. Really straightforward to prepare, then just leave to simmer on the hob. Served it with mash, green beans and broccoli and it was perfect comfort food. It also reheated well for leftovers the following day. Will defintely make it again."

    Warm chickpea, chorizo & pepper salad

    "No need to fry the chorizo in any oil as it gives off a lot of its own. I cooked it slightly, then added some sliced onion into the cooked chorizo, fried it off and drained off some of the oil before adding the rest of the ingredients. The end result was delicious though, and so quick and easy!"
