"Lovely, but having read the comments add a whole can of cherry tomatoes and 100g couscous (same amount of stock and wine) plus extra fish. Perfect consistency and enough to feed three of us. "

"This just delicious and so quick and easy to do. Have made this twice and cut down on the amount of peas the second time after feedback from the family. A shepherds pie without the hassle of mashed potato - bliss."

"Be warned this is very spicy and we really like hot food. Have had to add a tin of cannellini beans to tone it down. I guess it depends on the brand of smoked paprika you use."
