"Lovely! Quick and easy supper. I was also using up leftover smoked salmon, I used creme fraiche and also added a handful of frozen peas (chucked in with the boiling pasta towards the end of cooking) to give colour (my chives being under 6" of snow) at Joanne's suggestion "

Warm runner bean salad

"Makes a nice change from plain runner beans. Used red wine vinegar as I didn't have any sherry vinegar to hand. Will do again as loads of runners in the garden!"

"Really nice. I'm always looking for new ways with Salmon as it's good for you but I don't really like it plain. For me it always needs a sauce or other flavours. Misread the instructions and added a (large) thumb sized piece of ginger instead of thumbNAIL but I think that made it better for me! Also added a couple of finely chopped red chillis. Result was very hot - probably because I made in advance and left in the fridge to "mature"! Love sweet potato wedges anyway. Served with salad, the wasabi mayo, and also sweet chilli dipping sauce (from a bottle)."

Courgette & tomato linguine

"Nice and easy to ring the changes from the courgette glut. I'm veggie so omitted the pancetta but added a couple of onions at the start, and also extra chilli (fresh). Added a couple of teaspoons of sugar which, together with the red wine vinegar and chilli, gave it a bit of a sweet-and-sour flavour. Will make again, and also try to freeze some of the sauce for winter."

"Yummy. Really fresh tasting. Agree with previous comment, very runny, may depend on brand of coconut milk. I would also use more potatoes next time. Served with basmati rice. "
