"Delicious. The chicken had a fantastic texture, "velveting" was a new technique to me but one I would definitely use again as it totally changed the texture I have previously experienced from stir fried chicken."

"Love this recipe. Especially the mash, I was expecting it to be really strong with the wasabi but it was surprisingly mild in heat level but gave a good kick to mash that can be a bit bland and boring, it would be a great accompaniment to roast beef too. I have never eaten soya beans so it was a good introduction to a new bean, really liked them too."

"I wondered exatly the same thing about the butter, I greased the flan tin with it but think it should have gone in the mixture. Tart is yummy, it is nearly finished and I only baked it this morning and there is only 2 of us in the house."
