"Make these as a dinner party starter often. they are DEElicious but like all the other comments usually have over half the custard left over. Every time I say I'll half the amounts but then always forget!"

"We have this so often!! its the easiest tastiest pudding. I use crustless 50/50 bread and taste the difference custard, the type of custard does make a difference, used cheap before and though still tasty nowhere near as good. Usually add some extra fruit. Never had a problem with the cooking times. Its just as nice the next day - I make just the same amount for the 2 of us as I would 4!!!"

"Just read about reviews about this being the best cheesecake ever - have to disagree - sorry. Made this for Easter Sunday & was less than impressed. Family liked it though. Is the base on baked cheesecakes supposed to be soft?? Quick & easy to make but the drying out time in the oven was difficult to accomodate the day before - we were out for the day. Maybe baked cheesecakes just aren't to my taste."
