Honey, mustard & crème fraîche baked chicken

"The sauce for this was so delicious I'm going to adapt it for my pork chops tonight. As others have said, green beans frazzled so would cook seperately. Also my potatoes were underdone, not sure why as regularly cook potatoes in this way so may not be a fault of the recipe."

"Made this and tweeked by adding olives, nutmeg and toasted pine nuts but still rather bland next to the one I made with goats cheese and spicy sweet peppers from a jar. Used chilli and garlic dipping oil on pastry - fantastic!"

Chorizo & pork belly with haricot beans

"Made this as had a chorizo ring about to go out of date! Didn't have pork so used chicken breast chopped into chunks. Also used fresh rosemary instead of chorizo and bolotti beans as that's what I had in the larder! YUM! Basically this is one of those recipes that you can play about with depending on what you have as long as you have chorizo!!"

"I made this when the recipe first came out in 2003 and have been making ever since. Great as a starter (I have added prawns and it's a bit of a twist on prawn puri!!)"

Indian mince with fresh tomato salad

"Sorry but this one doesn't work for me. It tasted powdery. I think this is probably due to the fact that the curry powder is added at same time as stock - my understanding is that usually curry powder is 'cooked out' by stirring around a bit before any liquid is added. I did manage to rescue it a bit by adding red onion and lime juice to the tomato and coriander. Won't be making again."
