"Great cake. Made it in a 2 oven Aga using the cake baker & it took 65 minutes to cook. Tasted great over 4 days & made a great pudding with vanilla icecream. I used an 80% dark chocolate and if anything perhaps undersweet. I will definitely make it again."

"Wonderful, vibrant salad I have made again & again. I add the rest of the packet of watercress to the salad leaves & for a substantial main course I would use around 900g potatoes for 4 people."

"Fantastic quick & healthy supper. Really savoury & tastes much more exciting than you would think from the ingredients. Quite often don't have time to marinate so just let it marinate while I prepare the veggies & it is still delicious."
