"Vicky made this and the steamed chocolate pudding. We found making fresh breadcrumbs a bit difficult but the bread quickly mixed in with the other ingredients and the balls stayed together quite well. We made a tomato sauce with an onion softened in olive oil and a tin of tomatoes. "

"Vicky made this pudding and the italian tuna balls with spaghetti. We managed to find a plastic bowl with a lid which was just the right size to cook the pudding. We found it easy to make and to eat. We would make it agian."

" Vicky and Hannah cooked the chicken casserole. They liked the fact that there is very little preparation and you don't have to touch the chicken. Our chicken thighs had bones in so we had to cook them for a bit longer. "

"Hannah and Vicky cooked the cake. They have had half a cake each to take back to share with friends. We all shared a sample slice first and decided it was well nice. Even Hannah who does not like cake much really liked it. "
