"These cakes are fandabbydosey!! They are the easiest, and by far the best cakes I have ever made. I have made these now on numerous occasions, and every time they go down a storm. However, I do adapt the recipe slightly. Instead of putting all the ingredients togther, I cream the butter and sugar first, then add the remaining ingredients. Next time I am going to make them in muffin cases, and pipe the icing on it big swirls."

"These are fantastic - so simple an easy to make. They went down a treat with my niece and nephew, who loved helping make them this morning as well. Next time will have with nice crispy smoked streaky bacon YUM YUM!!!!"

"Such a quick, simpy and totally delicious recipe!! Like most other, I used a wok (dont really like using microwaves for anything other than reheating soups, stews, mugs of tea etc) and threw in some baby sweetcorn too. Served it with Egg Fried Rice, with a splash of soy, seasame oil and finely shredded spring onions. This will be a regular - much better and quicker than a takeaway!!"

"Not a fish fan, I wanted to find something to get me to start to like fish. This receipe was quick, simple and easy, and loved it!! This is going to become a regular dinner!"
