"I made these as Christmas presents for friends and family and they went down a treat! After reading some of the comments above I opted for half the amount of ingredients for the middle, which was just about right (I had a tiinny bit left over). Excellent! Very VERY easy to make and impressive to give away!"

"I made this recently with a few variations - instead of a cake I made cupcakes, added a few extra grams of walnuts (or 30!) Absolutely delicious - I'll be making this again without a doubt!"
