"Good combination of flavours and textures. I used Lamb chops instead which seemed to work well. I would however cut back on the lemon juice and tahini as it tends to overpower the aubergine flavour - in fact could barely tell it was Baba Ganoush."

Roast carrot & bean salad with feta

"Very good, very easy. Didn't have gnocchi so used penne pasta instead. A real winner though and very pretty. Also added more garlic as people above - it did seem to need it!"

"Utterly deeeeeeelicious and looks superb. Good quick and easy for midweek impressive 'dinner party' supper. Didn't have fish stock so had to use veggie but still great sauce and taste. Also couldn't get noilly prat but the dry white vermouth I could get did the trick."
