"A delicious side dish for a roast sunday dinner plus quick & easy enough for mid-week family meals. I have varied it by using roasted baby onions in place of pancetta for vegetarians & by using garlic, cooked with the panceta instead of using nutmeg."

"A legend in my family now! I don't like horseradish & didn't have sour cream so I subtituted with creme fraiche & some dijon mustard - wonderful! Have been asked to make this for every family occassion since!"

"These truely live up to their name...BEST EVER!! Made them for a girlie lunch & it was the only time silence befell the group, to be followed by ooohs & yums! Did have to bake them for longer than the recipe said but who cares, worth the wait."
