"Made this to use up the leftover ham from a Sunday dinner. I left the potato out of the main part & topped the dish with mash instead. It was delicious, real comfort food. Hubby says the 'Serves 4-6' should be changed....well he did have 3 helpings! "

"This is a great dish. Made it for a dinner party, served it warm on the night & had the cold slices for lunch the next day. I used the leftover couscous for a vegetarian dish of stuffed peppers. It definitely benefits from being assembled ahead & left to firm up in the fridge - left it overnight. One to make again & again. "

"Just used breadcrumbs for the top. Made this as to accompany a meat dish for dinner with some friends. The vegetarian had to fight the meat-eaters off! Delicious."

"The chilli lime mayo was a revelation & will become a regular in my house. The cakes are very fiddly to make & even after a whole morning in the fridge practically disintegrated on cooking. Tasted delicious though & were enjoyed by all."
