"We loved the flavours in this, the chillies were quite hot so I deseeded one of them and used the hand blender on part of the finished jam. I too put the jam into hot sterilised jars but today, a month after making, there is a white mould covering the top of the jam, despite it being kept in the 'fridge. Awful shame and that's why I scored 4 stars BUT I will definately be making it again, just in smaller quantities."

"I made this because it can be frozen but didn't expect such good results when defrosted, particularly the dumplings. All of the family enjoy this one and so I always make one extra for the freezer."

"Love this recipe, the ciabatta makes a lovely topping and a change from potato or pasta. Wouldn't alter anything in it."

"Lovely, very easy and extremely tasty, my oh thought that it is very French and restaurant quality. I served with couscous to which I'd added sun dried tomatoes, tomato paste and pine nuts. Will definatley be making this again."
