"I have made this a couple of times now First time followed the recipe, but found the cauliflower to al dente and the sauce a little to dry and not that much flavour, now I do mine as Steam the cauliflower for 5 mins before Make it with Roquefort cheese, much more tangy. Shallots fried in a little butter to soften instead of spring onions, 300 mls creme fraiche and level teaspoon of toasted caraway seeds. And usually make just one large pie. Lovely"

"My friend made this and it was lovely, so light. I made it last night, didn't have walnuts so missed them out. 2 large bananas because we love them. Put it all the the food processor, that's what she did. Cooked for 1 hour, took out cooled, poured a little honey over the top and wrapped it in greaseproof paper until this morning. Just cut it and mine is stodgy, not at all light like my friends? Maybe to much banana? maybe over processed? Tastes stodgy but ok ~ Will try it again, but weigh the banana and mix by hand."

"I made this last night after coming back from our Noel Marche where it was freezing, but I didn't have Cointreau in so used Triple Sec instead, they were lovely Going to make very large jug of this for la veille de Noël"
