"I really enjoyed this recipe but I thought there was too much chicken stock. I will cook the pasta seperately next time so that the sauce will be richer. I used fresh caught trout and a few frozen prawns."

"I have made this twice now and both times it was delicious. I asked my sister round to taste it which she didn't want to do as she said that she didn't like courgettes - well she liked this and took the rest home to feed her family. It's great this time of year when courgettes are being given away by friends. I did lose my temper with the lasagne sheets as they stuck together"

"I have made this dish several times and have really enjoyed it.The last two times I have not added onion as my husband does not enjoy these but it didn't detract from the recipe at all. It is just a good way to enjoy what is in my opinion a tasteless vegetable."
