"Very easy to make and great served after a fairly spicy meal. Have used various tropical fruits to top the puddding. Probably made it about 6 times, never fails."

"Such a delicious warming meal. I used our home grown borlotti beans instead of haricots. Will use this recipe over and over again."

"Delish! Used slightly less chilli and substituted butter beans. Cooked it in the oven at 180oC for 1 hour which meant I got on with preparing a pud for my guests. Served with crusty bread to mop up juices - result - clean plates!"
