"I made half this recipe today and am impressed how well it turned out. It is smooth and tasty. I did put it in the fridge for a couple of hours. I used milk chocolate buttons. While boiling it I did think it would never reach the soft ball stage so it was an easy but time consuming (that part of waiting for it to be ready) recipe. "

"I made this two days running, it was so easy the second time. I used bought houmous and added a tin of chickpeas into the b'nut squash. It was very filling and very tasty, I fed it to 6 people and it got thumbs up all round. "

"I haven't made this yet but was reading the comments with a view to trying it. I hate chopping butternut squash so usually halve it, deseed it, put it into a baking tray, cover with tin foil and roast in a hot oven til it is soft, then it scoops out easy-peasy. I use this as a base for all sorts of sauces for curries, bolognese and soups and as a way of sneaking veg into my children"

"I made this for New Years Eve - and a small one for this evening. It's very easy to make but I've just had a sneak preview and while it is tasty I can only taste the creme fraiche, not the limoncello or raspberries. I think I'll have to have another, bigger piece to be sure....."
