"I made this for a barbecue at the weekend, and used strawberries and Philadelphia cheese. Agree with previous comments, it would definitely be better made a day in advance. It was a very popular pudding, and one I'll make again!"

"This is a really quick and tasty supper, ideal for after work. I only had a small jar of Loyd Grosman sauce, so added a tin of chopped tomatoes, with 1/2 tsp chilli powder; and some frozen peas to add more veg. Empty dishes all round!"

"I browned the beef in the pan with the flour, marinated it overnight in the fridge with all the veg and (less) stock. I then cooked it next day in my slow cooker it was delicious, and served it with mustard mash (Good Food)"
