"This is a lovely cake. I made it for the school fete in a tin and it sold out within 10 mins. I adapted it slightly using a recipe from Australia whereby you also add blobs of strawberry jam as you dollop the mixture into the tin. It makes it a bit moister and then I iced it with chocolate glace frosting and 100's & 1000's. It makes a great birthday cake if you divide the mixture into 3 portions and colur one pink. Yum!"
