    Creamy ham, leek & mushroom spaghetti

    "I made this last night and my other half loved it. I on the other hand thought it could do with loads of seasoning! I used Philadelphia Light with chives but I think it would be better with the Garlic and herb one. Having said that, would make it again as its very filling and has the bonus of being low fat too! "

    "I made these for my fussy in-laws and I was pleased that they all really liked it. I was slightly worried that it would taste really low fat but I was proved wrong. Give it a go and be pleasantly surprised!"

    "I usually make the bacon and pea risotto from this site but had some leftover chicken from the night before and found this recipe. I'm so glad I did as its yummy. I like the fact that I didn't have to buy any extra ingredients as they were in my cupboard/fridge already. I will definitely be making this again soon! "

    "I made this again using Dolcelatte cheese and wilted spinach making it meat free. I still used cheddar in the white sauce and some for sprinkling on top plus the blue cheese so it was particularly naughty but really scrummy! "

    "I made this last night and it was absolutely delicious. My other half wouldn't stop going on about it! I also added sweetcorn to this and it really bulked it up. Lots of leftovers as there are only 2 of us so we will be having this again tonight! "
