"I had intended to make one as per recipe using apricots and ground almonds and another one using cherries, sultanas and coconut. All went well until I split the mixture. I added the apricots and ground almonds to half but instead of adding the cherries, sultanas and coconut to the other half I added to the apricot mixture! Then mixed all together and poured into the 2 tins. Delicious, even if discovered by default!!"
